Description: | This was merely developed as a "tutorial friendly" version of Synnack's LineFO device for use in my MaxForLive Video Tutorials. ALong the way it's developed some new features, and uses a whole different engine for generating it's waveforms. Using phasor to create a simple synced LFO for controlling devices on a track. up/down ramp, sine, triangle and variable width pulse are supported with settable range. I also want to thank Synnack for the inspiration and the scrubber and for one of the first uses I had seen of the basic live api for device encapsulations. I modded that to only use the devices on a single track at a time (also the reason I switched it to a audio device, so it can live on any track). 0.85 : I built with a newer version of max and now saving parameters seems to work correctly, I also added "phase" so that you can now shift the lfo forwardfrom 0-100% of a cycle. |

synnack, absolutely. I gave you a shout out on my youtube video description too. The range scrubber and original live api interface are largely the same too. My main goal was to get it all on one page and to come up with a mechanism that was easier to follow for beginners.

Excellent, detailed video on YouTube about how this is built and functions. Very worthwhile checking out.

it'd be mad if there was something like this that delivered an ADSR envelope to parameters like this plugin does...

i have added this patch and i think the idea is great as i have wanted to modulate additional perameters, the problem i am having is when i modulate volume i get a click at each change in volume. when i manually change volume when track is playing there is no clik. any ideas
