| Description: | Experimental Granular Fracture Instrument for Max for Live GRANITON Rupture is an experimental Max for Live instrument currently in active development. It combines oscillator synthesis, granular sampling and controlled sound degradation into a single instrument designed for creating evolving textures, fractured rhythms, glitches, drones and experimental electronic music. Rather than releasing an unfinished commercial product, I would like to develop Rupture together with a small group of dedicated beta testers. ⸻ Current Features * Hybrid oscillator * Granular sample playback * Oscillator / Sample / Hybrid mode * Controlled pitch fracture engine * Motion modulation * Click & Debris texture engine * Random sound generation * Built-in waveform display * Optimized interface for Ableton Live ⸻ Why a Closed Beta? Although Rupture is already usable, it is still under active development. I’m looking for musicians and sound designers who enjoy exploring new instruments and are willing to provide honest feedback. Things I’m especially interested in: * Bugs and stability * CPU performance * Workflow improvements * Sound quality * Feature suggestions * General usability Every piece of feedback helps shape the final instrument. ⸻ Beta Testers The beta version is provided free of charge. Active beta testers will receive the final Version 1.0 free of charge as a thank-you for helping improve the instrument. ⸻ Planned Release After the beta phase, GRANITON Rupture will be released commercially. The goal is to fund the development of future GRANITON instruments. ⸻ Looking For I’m especially interested in testers working with: * Ambient * IDM * Glitch * Industrial * Experimental * Electronica * Sound Design Both macOS and Windows users are welcome. ⸻ Known Limitations This is beta software.
