Description:	Drone is a max for live synthesizer with 8 independent voices, two-stage distortion and automation looping, capable of producing lush, rich chords to heavy distorted walls of sound. Each voice comes with its own independent controls, starting with volume, panning and pitch deviation. The oscillator's frequency can be either set by hand or via MIDI message, pitch changes can be smoothed out with the glide parameter. The stutter parameter can add movement by turning on and off each voice with its own envelope, rate and probability parameters. The device allows internal automation recording via both mouse and midi controller, just turn on the rec button and move the parameters you would like to loop. The master section of the device includes general controls for volume and pitch deviation along with two types of distortion available as both pre and post lowpass filters. Drone has its own chord presets that can be shifted around by altering the root note of the chord or with the plus minus octave buttons. To create interesting textures and harmonic movements the device can also be controlled in poly MIDI mode, using it like a standard eight voice synthesizer.
