Description:	There are a few newer synths out there which just won't respond to traditional midi notes (eg: a pitch/velocity pair without continuous expression data). If you've encountered that, this device can save you the time of manually converting old midi clips. If you haven't encountered that, no harm done. You don't need this device. This simple utility massages such a stream, formatting it as though played on an MPE controller, to fool those synths into compliance. That's all it does. But it does do it well.
