Description:	This Max for Live device converts incoming MIDI notes into output values that can be mapped to control any parameter in Ableton Live. It basically allows you to control knobs from various MIDI Infos. You can switch between 3 modes: Gate: Outputs 1 when at least one note is played, otherwise outputs 0 (Sets the mapped button to 100% or 0%). NoteCount: Outputs the number of notes played simultaneously up to 127. Velocity: Outputs the last velocity value received (0 - 127). The device can also send its output as a MIDI CC message on a selected CC number and channel, if you ever need it. Note that Attack, Release and Smoothing does not applies to CC outputs. How to use: Choose the output type (Gate, Notes, or Velocity). Map the output to any parameter using the Map button, or enable "Send as MIDI CC" (or both). Play MIDI notes on the device's track. Example use: You have a plugin that do cool stuff on your sound but produce a weird noise when you release the note, or you just want the effect to stop when you dont play, just map this device to the dry/wet and boom, problem fixed. This device works well with my other device "Custom Dial Converter", if you want to be more precise with your mapping.
