Mod Mimic is a hands-on modulation looper for Ableton Live that lets you literally “draw” movement with your mouse or MIDI controller, then play it back anywhere in your track.

Mod Mimic turns your hand into a modulation source. Move the dial however you want—smooth swells, jerky stutters, chaotic sweeps—and watch it play back exactly as you performed it. No LFO comes close to this.

not working for me. Do you know what version of max is needed? Im using the latest version bundled with the latest ableton, but I know there are a few devs that have released devices lately that are using a higher version than is bundled with ableton. I read the manual thoroughly, when i right click the record me knob, there is no "map", just show automation, show automation in new lane, edit midi map, edit key map, copy max for live path, copy parameter name. Edit midi map does nothing when i map a controller to it. Ive mapped an lfo to the knob as well. I can't get rec to turn red, so nothing will write.
