Description:	As an experiment, I did a wrapper for VST/AU MIDI Effects to have them inside the same track as the instrument, instead of doing unnecessary routing in different tracks. It worked for Scaler and EON-Arp in Ableton Live 12 Suite (unfortunately, it didn't work with Live 11). Here is the wrapper if you want to test it with your own plugins, with my comments of the experiment. Basic Max For Live knowledge is required to edit the wrapper. DISCLAIMER: This is an experiment I did for myself and I share this information if you want to try it on your own. Be aware I can’t offer support if something goes wrong on your side. I recommend to open a new Live set, and test this device or the ones you make in many different ways before using them in important projects. Third party plugins behave differently between developers, and depending if you choose VST, VST3 or AU formats, the settings will be saved or not after closing the project, or in my experience, they could even crash Live. It’s very important to fully test the devices.
